Technology of junction Wirsbo Quick&Easy used in VIPFLAT is introduced in the world in 1995. Technology of junction is used only for the original pipes of transversal cross-linked polyethylene Wirsbo-PEX and is based on high elasticity of this material. This junction is all-in-one and is designed for latent gasket in floor buckle, bail walls, drywall partition, hung ceiling. The junction Wirsbo Quick& Easy is carried out by means of pipe diameter expansion Wirsbo-PEX together with ferrule of transversal cross-linked polyethylene, fitting installation in extension pipe and its’ spontaneous reduction. In the junction complex are included pipes and fittings of top- quality, stable brass dezinc-plating or polysulphone fittings and ferrule.
For junction carrying out are used as hand tools as hydraulic extended tools.
In the tools complex are included pipe extended cappings. The junction is carried out as follows:
- to get on the pipe end the ferrule;
- with the help of expander is the pipe end expanded together with the pipe ferrule to diameter , which allows to install inside the brass fitting ;
- fitting is installed into the pipe;
Than expanded with installed on it ferrule pipe wrings out in some seconds the fitting and provides firm hermetic and lasting junction, service life of which comes to minimum 50 years!!!
